Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage for Skamania Lodge, a premier Pacific Northwest resort. You will oversee restaurants, lounges, banquet and catering operations, partnering with the Executive Chef to deliver an elevated guest experience across meetings, weddings, and events.

The role requires 5+ years of F&B leadership in luxury hotels or resorts, strong financial acumen, and proven ability to lead large multi‑department teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive food and beverage leadership in a full-service hotel, resort, or conference center environment.
• Directorship experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated success overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets and significant banquet/catering operations.
• Strong financial acumen with responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, lounges, banquet facilities, catering, and beverage programs.
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong cost controls and profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders and team members through coaching, training, and succession planning.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and consistently high service standards.
• Oversee banquet and catering operations supporting conferences, corporate retreats, weddings, and social events.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu development, seasonal offerings, and innovative dining experiences that showcase the Pacific Northwest.
• Develop and execute annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
• Monitor labor productivity, food cost, beverage cost, and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal food safety and beverage regulations.
• Foster a culture focused on colleague engagement, accountability, and service excellence.
