The World Residences at Sea is seeking an experienced F&B Director to lead all food and beverage operations aboard a luxury yacht. You will oversee restaurants, bars and crew dining, ensuring exceptional service, quality and adherence to health standards while managing budgets and Staff performance.

You will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef, Beverage Manager and finance teams to deliver world-class dining experiences, menu development, and ongoing staff training, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Fluent in English for Resident and Crew communications.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or cruise ship operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and training capabilities within F&B teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee F&B operations onboard including restaurants, bars and crew dining outlets.
• Monitor public health, SOPs, budgeting and inventory with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef, Beverage Manager and Senior Leaders to deliver high-end dining experiences.
