Job summary

Thélios, part of the LVMH family, is seeking a Sales Associate for the Vuarnet boutique in SoHo, NYC. You will deliver a high-level client experience through product knowledge, personalized service, and active selling to support store sales and standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail, strong communication, and a passion for premium eyewear. This part-time role requires weekend availability and comfort with POS systems and fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic understanding of POS systems and store operations.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and peak periods.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Interest in premium retail, eyewear, or lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized and elevated client experience in-store.
• Build strong customer relationships through attentive service and product recommendations.
• Educate clients on Vuarnet products, including key features and performance benefits.
• Answer customer inquiries in-store and by phone in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Vuarnet eyewear and skiwear collections.
• Support visual merchandising and maintain an organized, premium store environment.
• Use product understanding to support confident selling and client education.
• Contribute to achieving daily and monthly sales goals and KPI targets.
• Support the boutique team in delivering a consistent and elevated client experience.
• Assist with general store operations and uphold a positive team culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
