Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in eyewear/luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Must be punctual and reliable; timeliness is important.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales targets and deliver customer satisfaction.
• Team player, collaborative, adaptable and receptive to feedback.
• Natural problem-solver who handles workload pressure well.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build client relationships.
• Stay updated on trends and product knowledge through training.
• Display knowledge of Brand, warranties and add-on features.
• Maintain relationships with clients via in-store and follow-up communication.
• Meet/exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Keep store environment clean, organized and visually appealing.
• Provide omnichannel support for a seamless customer experience across platforms.
• Follow brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
