Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, delivering a high level of concierge service on the sales floor.
• Assist customers in selecting frames, offering styling guidance and product information.
• Support sales targets and participate in applicable bonus or commission plans.
• Process transactions, manage fittings, and ensure accurate order handling with opticians.
• Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and product organization.
