Job summary

Sunglass Hut is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Denver to provide outstanding customer service, build relationships, and meet sales targets across in-store and omnichannel channels.

You will develop in-depth knowledge of our eyewear and fashion offerings, deliver personalized recommendations, and maintain a clean, organized store environment while supporting brand standards and training participation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear/luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
• Team-player who is collaborative and responsive.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients, ensuring needs are met.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge; attend training sessions.
• Display in-depth knowledge of the Brand, warranties and add-on features.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients; follow-up communications.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment on sales floor and back of house.
• Provide omnichannel support across online and in-store platforms.
