Qualifications

• High School Diploma and licensure/certification as an optician.
• 2+ years sales experience in luxury service.
• Knowledge of optical theory and practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Polished appearance and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains extremely high standards of sales and service.
• Meets and exceeds client service and sales standards.
• Connects with customers to build and maintain a strong client following.
• Guides customers in selecting frames and lenses.
• Records measurements accurately and ensures proper fitting of eyewear.
• Ensures finished eyewear meets luxury standards for accuracy.
• Stays current on product knowledge and fashion trends to drive sales.
• Maintains presentation standards on sales floor and back office.
• Manages inventory controls.
• Supports policies and procedures of Luxury Retail.
• Trains and mentors Managers and Associates.
• Supports set-up and execution of events.
