Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• State licensure or certification as an optician
• 2+ years of experience in luxury retail
• Knowledge of current optical theory and practice
• Experience in a sales environment
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Maintain extremely high sales and service standards.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base.
• Guide clients in selecting frames and lenses suited to lifestyle, wardrobe, prescription, and budget.
• Demonstrate precise measurement and fitting of eyewear and perform tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ensure eyewear meets the luxury service standards for accuracy.
• Understand and support all Luxe service sales policies.
• Train and coach managers and associates.
• Represent Luxottica Retail's vision, mission and values; celebrate victories; lead by example.
