The role supports a strong client following, mentoring associates, and maintaining showroom standards in a fast-paced luxury environment with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Licensure or certification as an optician by a recognized association.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in luxury service.
• Solid knowledge of optical theory and practice.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a client following.
• Polished appearance with strong written and verbal communication.
• Interpersonal skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of sales and service.
• Meet/exceed client service and sales targets with exceptional experience.
• Develop strong relationships to grow a client following.
• Guide customers in selecting frames and lenses based on lifestyle and RX.
• Accurately take measurements, adjust and fit eyewear, ensure quality.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets Luxury Retail standards.
• Stay current on product knowledge and fashion trends to drive sales.
• Maintain in-store and back-office presentation and inventory controls.
• Understand and follow Luxury Retail policies; train and mentor staff.
• Support event setup and execution; embody Luxottica values.
