You will develop seasonal menus, manage inventory and vendors, and coach a high‑performing culinary team to ensure top quality.

The role requires 7+ years in executive chef positions in fine dining or luxury hospitality, culinary degree or equivalent, and a current Food Safety Certification.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years Executive Chef experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Current Food Safety & Sanitation Certification.
• Strong leadership, budgeting and operational management skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume service with precision and consistency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and culinary management systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak service hours.
• Passion for creating exceptional dining experiences for seniors.

Responsabilités

• Lead all culinary operations, ensuring flawless execution of food preparation and presentation.
• Develop seasonal, innovative menus aligned with Sunrise standards and resident preferences.
• Drive revenue through special events, holiday experiences and catering opportunities.
• Manage inventory, purchasing and vendor partnerships for quality and cost control.
• Recruit, train, schedule and coach culinary team members.
• Maintain strict food safety, sanitation and HACCP compliance.
• Monitor budgets, labor and operational expenses to meet financial targets.
• Engage with residents and families to gather feedback and personalize dining experiences.
• Ensure timely financial reporting, documentation and payroll review.
• Partner with leadership to support sales, marketing and community initiatives.
