Qualifications

• Preferred 1-2 years’ operational or administrative experience for a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel/resort.
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, Catering or Conference Services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the Sales & Marketing Department.
• Support Director of Sales & Marketing and Sales Managers.
• Maintain compliance with policies and standards.
• Ensure superior service levels every day.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
