Job summary

Flexjet LLC is seeking an experienced Event Manager to elevate its luxury brand through high-touch owner engagements, showcases, galas, and exclusive experiences worldwide. You will lead events from concept to completion, manage budgets and timelines, coordinate venues, vendors, and guest experiences, and collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Operations to ensure brand standards are met.

Extensive domestic and international travel is required, with a focus on impeccable service,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Luxury Brand Management, Event Management, Fashion Business, or related field.
• Professional certifications in event management, hospitality, luxury brand management, or project management are a plus.
• UHNW event experience and luxury brand experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual event strategy aligned with global marketing and brand objectives.
• Lead events from concept through completion including aircraft showcases, owner events, global sponsorships, and fundraising galas.
• Manage event timelines, production schedules, budgets, and run-of-show documents.
• Coordinate venue selection, vendor management, transportation, catering, entertainment, gifting, and guest experience.
• Oversee on-site execution to ensure exceptional service and flawless event operations.
• Ensure every event reflects Flexjet's luxury positioning and brand standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative Services, Sales, Owner Services, and Operations.
