The Ranch at Rock Creek, a luxury dining destination, seeks a Host/Hostess to warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and guide seating flow with poise and finesse. You will present menus, coordinate with servers, and set the tone for Forbes Five‑Star service throughout every guest interaction.

Ideal candidates demonstrate outstanding hospitality, calm under pressure, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Experience delivering high-end guest service in upscale dining.
Ability to stand for long shifts and navigate stairs.
Familiarity with reservation systems and POS platforms.
Professional appearance and exemplary communication.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

Greet guests warmly on arrival and maintain a polished demeanor.
Manage seating arrangements and reservations for smooth dining room flow.
Escort guests to tables, present menus, and initiate hospitality touchpoints.
Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and management to optimize table turns.
Answer calls, assist with reservations, and respond to inquiries promptly.
Monitor dining room cleanliness, ambiance, and readiness.
Assist with waitlists and communicate accurate wait times.
Escalate guest concerns to management and support recovery efforts.
Maintain awareness of VIP guests and special occasions to ensure personalized hospitality.
Uphold Forbes Five‑Star standards in all interactions.
