Qualifications

• The Background: Minimum of 2 years of dedicated management experience as a Dining Room Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Assistant Manager within a premier private golf club, luxury hotel, or upscale/fine dining environment.
• The Skills: Deep understanding of premium service logistics and experience executing sophisticated Food & Beverage programs.
• The Leadership Style: Proven history of service excellence with a personable, commanding floor presence and team-building ability.

Responsibilities

• Master the Room: take ownership of daily dining room operations to ensure world-class member and guest service.
• Lead and Mentor: direct leader for front-of-house staff, coaching and developing team to meet goals.
• Drive Operational Excellence: focus on flawless service, pristine club aesthetics, and premium F&B quality.
• Business & Culture Alignment: work with GM/AGM to manage service flow and maintain high engagement culture.
