Intown Golf Club in Raleigh, NC seeks a Golf Services Associate to be the face of the member experience. If you love golf and premium service, this role offers a hospitality-driven environment and a chance to join a luxury club.

You will manage bag drop, assist members with clubs, and help maintain clubhouse areas. Flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends are available to support club operations.

Qualifications

• Previous clubhouse, golf course, or premium hospitality/customer service experience is preferred, but a natural passion for elevated hospitality is key.

Responsibilities

• First-Class Hospitality: Manage the bag drop and assist members and guests with their golf clubs, warmly directing them to their simulators, putting greens, locker rooms, or fitness facilities.
• Clubhouse Operations: Maintain the pristine presentation of the putting green and all common outdoor/indoor areas, assisting the service and golf professional staff with quick facility upkeep between member groups.
• Club Support: Step in to assist with golf shop duties, manage member locker rooms, and ensure an elite standard of cleanliness and service throughout the entire facility.
• Team Alignment: Work collaboratively across departments to uphold IGC’s core values and ensure a seamless, world-class club visit for every guest.
