Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is seeking a technical Product Manager to own the Digital Technologies backlog and translate business goals into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the engineering team.

You will lead agile ceremonies, partner with Marketing, Revenue Management, and Guest Experience, and collaborate on PRDs, AWS, Drupal, and e-commerce platforms, driving a lean, high-velocity digital product practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related technical discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in a technical product management, business analyst, or delivery lead role within a software engineering team
• Understanding of modern web application architecture — front-end frameworks (React/Next.js), RESTful APIs, and cloud infrastructure concepts (AWS)
• Proven ability to write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements documents that engineering teams can build directly from
• Hands‑on experience facilitating agile ceremonies (Scrum or Kanban) and working within JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent tooling

Responsibilities

• Product backlog ownership: translate business goals into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the engineering team
• Agile delivery facilitation: own sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives while maintaining velocity
• Business partnership: act as technical liaison to marketing, revenue, and guest experience teams
• Requirements & discovery: lead discovery sessions, gather requirements, and produce PRDs and specs
• Roadmap & release planning: develop a rolling 90-day digital product roadmap and coordinate releases
• Technical validation: apply knowledge of CMS (Drupal), AWS, and booking/commerce platforms to validate approaches
• Contractor & capacity management: onboard contractors and monitor capacity against scope
