Job summary

M'RHEN is seeking an organized, fashion-focused student for a hands-on internship in New York City. You will be involved in design, production, sales, and operations, gaining a comprehensive view of how an independent luxury brand functions.

You will work closely with our lead team, with flexible scheduling around academic commitments—from full-time summer to part-time school-year engagement—while maintaining high standards for craft and presentation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate fashion program.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Polished and professional with comfort around high-end clientele.

Responsibilities

• Assist the design director with mood boards, fabric pulls, and trend research.
• Support fittings and alterations, including pressing, pinning, and finishing work.
• Organize swatches, trims, and the sample library; contribute to pattern work and technical development.
• Observe and participate in the full production process from initial sample through final garment; track samples, lead times, and tech pack revisions.
• Maintain production logs, BOMs, and spec sheet archives; run errands to the Garment District for fabrics and supplies.
• Prepare and maintain showroom presentation; assist during buyer visits, client appointments, and press pulls; manage sample tracking.
