Qualifications

• Proven high-end, relationship-based sales experience.
• Strong autonomy with ability to meet sales targets.
• Ability to visualize and communicate sophisticated interior layouts.
• Experience in interior design, home staging, or luxury retail preferred.
• Familiar with design tools such as Floor Planner and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Sales consultations in-store and in-home.
• Develop floor plans and layouts.
• Curate styling with accessories, finishes, lighting, and rugs.
• Manage end-to-end projects from first contact to installation.
• Maintain showroom as a premier design destination.
