Scan Design of Florida Inc. in Orlando–Kirkman seeks a Design Consultant who blends luxe interior concepts with strategic selling. You will guide clients from concept to white-glove delivery, building lasting relationships with high-end buyers.

In this role, you are a brand ambassador, develop floor plans, curate accessories, and manage projects with autonomy and performance motivation. Weekend availability and showroom presence are expected as part of a premier retail design team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in luxury, relationship-based sales.
• Ability to translate client goals into refined spaces.
• Comfort presenting concepts and managing multi-step projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients in-store and in-home to identify needs and budgets.
• Develop comprehensive floor plans and layouts for Scan Design pieces.
• Curate accessories, finishes, lighting to create cohesive interiors.
• Oversee client journey from introduction to white-glove delivery.
• Support showroom merchandising to keep a premier showroom.
