Aman in Amangiri invites a dedicated J1 Culinary Intern to join our culinary team. You will collaborate with talented chefs to deliver high-level cuisine in a pristine, luxury desert setting.

This full-time internship runs February 2027 through the first week of January 2028, offering hands-on kitchen experience, exposure to guest services, and professional development in a world-class resort.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional kitchen experience.
• Food Safety Certification required.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, holidays.
• Highly organized and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate your assigned kitchen station with precision.
• Execute prep tasks and food production as directed by the Sous Chef.
• Ensure mise en place is complete and up to quality standards.
• Label, date, and store all food products properly at shift end.
• Collaborate across shifts to ensure continuity and quality.
