Job summary

Florida Construction Connection is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent in Ocala to oversee luxury custom residential projects. The role requires strong leadership and craftsmanship skills, focusing on delivering exceptional quality from sitework to occupancy.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of Superintendent experience, with a strong understanding of luxury finishes and the ability to manage multiple trades efficiently. This position offers up to $125,000 in base salary along with vehicle allowance and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in residential construction.
• Experience in building custom homes valued at $2 million to $10 million+.
• Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations for luxury custom residential projects.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors.
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout all phases of construction.
