Exemplar Luxury Group’s Bergdorf Goodman unit is seeking a Project Management Specialist to oversee creative requests for homepage, emails, narratives, and omni projects. You will partner with design, copy, marketing, and store teams to keep work flowing on a timely, strategic basis.

You will lead calls, traffic requests, coordinate approvals, and build briefs and schedules. A strong grasp of print and digital workflows, plus excellent communication, are essential to succeed in this fast-paced

Qualifications

• Knowledge of creative operations and project management in print or digital design.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate with internal and external teams within process and budget.

Responsabilités

• Lead project calls and manage workflow of creative requests for online marketing.
• Coordinate cross-departmental traffic and timely delivery of emails, signage, and event invites.
• Oversee weekly homepage assets and omni projects with cross-functional teams.
• Schedule large meetings with leadership and assist catalogs development and vendor approvals.
• Assign projects to designers and maintain project schedules in PM systems.
