Exemplar Luxury Group in New York seeks a Bergdorf Goodman Project Management Specialist to oversee creative requests for homepage, email, narratives, and omni projects. You will work with design, copy, marketing, and store teams to deliver timely, strategic outcomes.

The role emphasizes cross-department collaboration, traffic management, and process improvements within the creative department, reporting to the Senior Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of creative operations and project management as it pertains to print production or digital graphic design.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage concurrent projects.
• Effective and direct communicator with internal and external teams, ensuring adherence to processes, timelines and budget.

Responsabilités

• Lead project calls, manage workflow of creative requests, and ensure end-to-end communication with stakeholders for online marketing.
• Traffic, approve, and ensure on-time delivery of emails, store signage, and time-sensitive event invites; collect creative forms and build briefs.
• Manage weekly homepage assets, emails, narratives, and omni projects across touchpoints; oversee approvals and assign work based on bandwidth.
• Schedule large style-out meetings with leadership; assist with seasonal catalogs and vendor approvals while preserving brand voice.
• Brief in and assign projects to designers; enter key information into PM systems to create schedules and maintain transparency.
• Iterate and develop processes to improve cross-functional efficiency; support day-to-day needs and one-off requests.
