Job summary

Bolt Farm Treehouse is seeking a Luxury Massage Therapist (Intermediate) to deliver high-quality, personalized massages for couples in our Wellness Haven. You will work four days a week, up to five treatments daily, with strict adherence to our standards and scheduling windows (7 AM–7 PM).

No selling or retail quotas, focus remains on craft. You’ll be paid $100 per 80-minute treatment initially, with potential to earn up to $120 per treatment via performance bonuses and higher rates at Lead LMT

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee massage therapy license in good standing.
• Availability for the fixed 4-day schedule offered, including at least one weekend day and holidays.
• Physical capacity for five 80‑minute treatments a day, four days a week.
• Ability to work onsite in Whitwell, TN.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized massage treatments tailored to each guest's needs, preferences, and comfort level.
• Perform signature couples experiences and approved modalities — Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation, aromatherapy, hot stone — within your training and licensure.
• Deliver treatments exactly as written — products, soundtrack, room settings — no personal variations.
• Consult with guests before each service on pressure, focus areas, contraindications, and desired outcomes.
• Protect the calm of the room: presence, warmth, and consistency in every session.
• Keep your treatment space spotless and fully prepared, with Attendant's support.
• Share wellness recommendations only when they genuinely serve the guest — Concierge owns retail.
• Follow all Tennessee massage therapy regulations, sanitation standards, draping protocols, and Bolt Farm service standards
