Job summary

Bolt Farm Treehouse is hiring an Entry-Level Licensed Massage Therapist to help couples unwind, reconnect, and restore through high-quality, personalized bodywork. This role emphasizes a consistent 4-day schedule, no selling or upsell, and staying within the spa’s operating window from 7 AM to 7 PM.

You will perform Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation, aromatherapy, and hot stone modalities, with paid 90-minute sessions and a strong focus on guest experience.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee massage therapy license in good standing.
• Availability for the fixed 4-day schedule, including weekend day and holidays.
• Physical capacity for five 80-minute treatments a day, four days a week.
• Ability to work onsite in Whitwell, TN.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized massage treatments tailored to guests’ needs
• Perform signature couples experiences and approved modalities
• Deliver treatments exactly as written with consistent room settings
• Consult with guests on pressure, focus areas, contraindications, and outcomes
• Protect the calm of the room with presence and warmth
• Keep treatment space spotless with Attendant support
• Follow all Tennessee regulations and Bolt Farm standards
