Job summary

Bolt Farm Treehouse is seeking an Expert Licensed Massage Therapist to provide high-quality, personalized bodywork for couples in a wellness-focused environment. Treatments are designed to restore connection and relaxation, with a strong emphasis on consistent, hands-on techniques.

The schedule features four days per week with up to five 80-minute sessions daily. You will work onsite in Whitwell, TN, and participate in a growth-friendly team dedicated to delivering exceptional spa experiences

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee massage therapy license in good standing.
• Availability for the fixed 4-day schedule offered, including at least one weekend day and holidays.
• Physical capacity for five 80-minute treatments a day, four days a week.
• Ability to work onsite in Whitwell, TN.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized massage treatments tailored to each guest's needs, preferences, and comfort level.
• Perform our signature couples experiences and approved modalities — Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation, aromatherapy, hot stone — within your training and licensure.
• Deliver our treatments exactly as written — our products, our soundtrack, our room settings, no personal variations.
• Consult with guests before each service on pressure, focus areas, contraindications, and desired outcomes.
• Protect the calm of the room: presence, warmth, and consistency in every session.
• Keep your treatment space spotless and fully prepared, with your Attendant's support.
• Share wellness recommendations only when they genuinely serve the guest — the Concierge owns retail.
