Job summary

Build Partners USA LLC, a luxury residential builder in Sarasota, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex site operations for luxury homes. You will coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and deliveries while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in custom or high-end residential construction, with Florida experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in custom luxury homes.
• Proven experience delivering luxury or fully custom residential projects.
• Florida residential construction experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of custom home construction, sequencing, codes, safety and finishes.
• Manage daily site operations, subcontractors, schedules, inspections, deliveries and quality control.
• Strong communication and leadership skills on site.
• Highly organized, detail-driven, and capable of handling technically demanding projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager within custom home building or high-end residential construction
• Proven experience delivering luxury or fully custom residential projects
• Florida residential construction experience is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of custom home construction from site preparation and foundations through final finishes and handover
• Ability to manage daily site operations, subcontractors, schedules, inspections, deliveries and quality control
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, building codes, safety requirements and high-end residential finishes
• Ability to maintain exceptional standards across craftsmanship, cleanliness, safety and project execution
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a polished and professional approach on site
• Highly organized, detail-driven and comfortable managing technically demanding residential projects
