Job summary

Corrado Properties seeks an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to lead on-site activities across luxury projects. You will oversee crews, coordinate subcontractors, track progress, and ensure work meets plans, specs, and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to read blueprints. Travel to project sites may be required, with an emphasis on quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision or related roles.
• OSHA certification, First Aid/CPR, and other safety certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring work aligns with plans, specs, and safety guidelines.
• Supervise and coordinate construction crews, subcontractors, and labor resources; ensure efficiency and safety.
• Track project milestones and timelines; address delays or obstacles to stay on schedule.
• Ensure all work meets industry standards; conduct regular inspections and address defects.
• Enforce safety protocols and provide ongoing safety training and meetings.
• Coordinate delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment; monitor inventory and resources.
• Maintain communication with the project manager and team; provide progress reports.
• Monitor construction costs and assist in managing the project budget.
• Address technical or operational challenges; proactively find solutions to prevent delays.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
