Job summary

Associa is seeking a Concierge & Valet Services Associate for a high-rise residential community. This on-site role combines concierge duties with valet services to deliver a seamless, upscale experience for residents and guests.

Responsibilities include greeting residents, parking vehicles, handling packages, coordinating errands, and assisting with amenities reservations. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in hospitality or customer service and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related experience in hospitality, customer service, or valet operations.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required for valet duties.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet residents, guests, and visitors with a professional, friendly first impression.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles; maintain valet logs and assist with loading/unloading luggage.
• Manage package deliveries at the front desk and coordinate dry cleaning pickup/drop-off and other errands.
• Create reservations for building amenities and provide local area recommendations.
• Perform administrative tasks to support the facility’s mission and maintain accurate records.
