Responsibilities

• Be the client's first point of contact in-store and set the tone for their experience with courtesy and integrity.
• Collaborate with the Client Experience team and store colleagues to ensure a seamless client journey.
• Maintain daily calendar of client appointments and ongoing in-store events, contributing to team goals.
