Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas invites you to join the Aria team as a Concierge, delivering personalized experiences with warmth and precision to every guest. As a Concierge, you will handle guest requests, promote MGM venues, resolve issues, and build relationships while staying current on city offerings; you will multitask across up to 26 systems.

This on-site role starts at $19 per hour plus commissions and offers free meals, parking, development programs, and discounts across MGM

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of prior relevant experience, preferably in VIP Services, Front Desk or Concierge.
• Participation in industry associations including the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association and Les Clefs d'Or USA.
• Current Notary and bilingual preferred.

• Professionally and efficiently process all guest requests while promoting, up-selling, and cross-selling MGM Resorts venues, including amenities, rooms, restaurants, shows, cabanas, retail outlets, M life, casino events, and property promotions.
• Respond to and assist with guest conflict resolution in a timely manner
• Build strong relationships and professionally represent MGM Resorts as a brand ambassador with guests and vendors
• Stay current on citywide offerings and build a professional network within the hospitality community
• Multitask using up to 26 operating systems simultaneously to fulfill guest requests

THE STARTING PAY RATE

$19.00 / Per Hour + Commissions

THE DAY-TO-DAY

Schedule Details

Hours of Operation: Monday - Sunday: 8:00am to 8:00pm Shifts may vary based on business needs. Additional shifts may be scheduled as needed to support operational coverage.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
