Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or upscale customer service.
• Two years of hospitality experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Professional demeanor and polished appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct residents and visitors with a pleasant attitude.
• Exceed expectations through anticipatory service and smooth accommodations.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents, vendors and contractors.
• Log guest packages, verify delivery, and perform package audits.
• Monitor lobby cameras and patrol the property for safety.
• Walk the premises to uphold high standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
