Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years property management experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Comfortable with community outreach and building relationships with area businesses.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to handle emergency and high-pressure situations.
• CAM designation preferred.

• Maintain occupancy and rent levels per owner guidelines.
• Conduct marketing and outreach to meet property goals.
• Assist Regional Manager with annual budgeting and stay within budget.
• Schedule contractors for turnovers and approve work for payment.
• Enforce rental collections per policy and handle evictions as needed.
• Drive renewals to maximize retention and revenue.
• Track and manage all income and delinquency of rent.
• Represent Hills with professionalism and uphold its values.
