Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven+ years’ work experience in luxury travel/hotel/hospitality PR; agency experience is required; must have luxury hotel experience and hotel opening experience.
• Proven track record managing and mentoring junior staff in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Strong writing, editing, and client-communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to clients and team.
• Ensure client satisfaction and delivery of goals.
• Maintain client relationships via meetings, travel/events, and reports.
• Oversee account work and mentor junior staff.
• Deliver strong and consistent media results and measurement.
• Support crisis communications as needed.
• Identify stories and pitches; edit press materials.
