Job summary

Chassis Master, part of Collision Partners Group, seeks a General Manager to own the location’s full P&L and drive luxury collision repair performance in Florida. You will lead a high‑performing team and partner with dealers, insurers, and regional leadership to deliver exceptional results.

The role requires strong financial acumen, 5+ years in collision repair or related operations, and 2+ years in leadership with P&L exposure.

Qualifications

5+ years in collision repair or related operations.
2+ years leadership with P&L exposure.
Strong financial acumen with KPI experience.
Experience with estimating platforms and shop management systems.
Ability to pass background check and drug test; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Own the location's full P&L, including revenue, gross profit, labor efficiency, parts margins, and overhead; achieve budgeted targets.
Drive revenue growth and conversion; manage inquiries, appointments, and walk-ins to repair orders.
Lead repair planning and estimating outcomes; ensure documentation and OEM procedures adherence.
Maintain OEM certification status for luxury programs; oversee calibration, tooling, and audits.
Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and incident-free operations; manage external relationships.
Develop and retain top talent; conduct reviews and coordinate development opportunities.
