Four Seasons Palm Beach seeks a seasoned Cocktail Server to provide exceptional bar and dining service in Florie’s, our signature restaurant. You will showcase deep knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits, delivering personalized recommendations and seamless service in a luxury setting.

Eligible candidates have 2–3 years of luxury hospitality experience, a polished presence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of serving experience in luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage, including wine, cocktails, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional table-side and bar service, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits, and menu offerings, with tailored recommendations.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a polished and professional presence while engaging with guests.
• Support the bar and service teams to ensure timely and consistent service execution.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of service areas.
• Comply with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a cohesive experience.
• Contribute to maintaining Five-Star service standards in a high-end restaurant environment.
