Job summary

The National, Autograph Collection in Oklahoma City is hiring a Cocktail Server to join our luxury hotel bar team. You will deliver refined beverage service in a dynamic setting, drawing on knowledge of cocktails and wines to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous cocktail serving or bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages.
• Ability to explain beverage offerings and make recommendations to guests.
• Ability to operate a POS system and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide attentive, engaging service in a fast-paced bar/lounge.
• Accurately take and process guest orders through the POS.
• Serve cocktails, wine, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and food with confidence.
• Answer guest questions and provide thoughtful beverage recommendations.
• Collaborate with Bartenders and Management for smooth service.
• Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas; buss and reset as needed.
• Handle cash and card transactions according to policy and verify checks.
