Job summary

Nemacolin is seeking an experienced Bartender to deliver polished beverage service across lounges, dining rooms, and events. You will combine technical drink knowledge with attentive guest interaction to create memorable experiences.

Expect a fast-paced, luxury-hospitality environment where speed, accuracy, and presentation matter. You will be responsible for bar upkeep, stock, and compliance with Pennsylvania alcohol-service requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven bartending experience in fast-paced settings.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails, mocktails, beer, and wine to standard.
• Maintain bar stocks, glassware, and sanitation.
• Provide attentive service during high-volume periods.
• Answer guest questions and offer beverage recommendations.
• Protect assets and adhere to responsible service policies.
