Banner House at T Bar M is seeking a Server to deliver an exceptional dining experience for members and guests. You will greet guests, take orders, and work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely, accurate service.

Your friendly demeanor, knowledge of menu items, and attention to detail will help create memorable visits. Evening and weekend availability is expected in a fast-paced, upscale setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Server in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients and preparation methods.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with guests and team members.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests, seat them at tables, and provide menus.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Offer recommendations and answer questions about menu items and ingredients.
• Serve orders promptly and ensure presentation meets high standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and address concerns with a professional demeanor.
• Clear tables, refill drinks, and reset tables for next guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
• Assist with basic cleaning and maintain section cleanliness.
• Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and sanitation procedures.
• Willingness to come in early for pre-shifts.
