Job summary

Intown Golf Club in Dublin, OH is seeking a Server Assistant to support our front-of-house team and deliver premium dining experiences. You will run food orders, set up tables to standard, and communicate clearly with the kitchen while addressing guest allergies and requests.

Minimum 2 years in a server assistant or related role at upscale casual venues or private clubs is required, with a flexible schedule including weekends. Competitive $18.00/hour wages and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a server assistant, busser, or runner role within an upscale casual restaurant, fine dining concept, or private club.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Run food orders to tables in a timely manner and assist frontline servers.
• Prepare tables with proper tableware, utensils, napkins, and spacing according to standards.
• Coordinate with the culinary team to relay orders and accommodate allergies and special requests.
• Maintain clean dining areas and uphold food safety and sanitation principles.
• Support operations with flexible club-hour availability.
