Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in serving.
• Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy trays.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food.
• Must be the minimum age to serve alcohol.
• A passion for providing customers with high-quality service.
• Compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws.
• Willingness to work at peak hours, which may include evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers by taking their orders, making recommendations, providing accurate bills, serving food and drinks, processing payments, and supplying what they need promptly.
• Handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently.
• Communicate orders clearly with bar staff and kitchen.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking items and preparing ingredients.
• Check identifications to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
