Job summary
California Closets in Richmond, CA is seeking an Installation Tech to install custom storage systems for residential and commercial spaces. You will work with luxury materials, follow CAD drawings, and ensure high-quality installation with exceptional customer service.
The role requires a valid driver\'s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a schedule Monday to Friday, 7am–5pm with some flexibility. Pay is $24/hour with benefits including health insurance and 401K.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with common hand and power tools.
- Cabinetry or carpentry skills desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills.
- Must maintain a valid driver\'s license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Perform skilled and semi-skilled carpentry work to install custom storage systems in homes or commercial spaces.
- Use CAD drawings/blueprints to install systems properly.
- Assemble and install systems of varying complexity.
- Assist in removal and installation of materials at client sites.
- Maintain shop tools and equipment in safe working order.
- Install systems independently or with team members as needed.
- Provide high level of customer service for in-home installations.
- Maintain safety standards at all times.
