Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail experience in client service and operations.
• Proven sales performance and client relationship management.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Experience with SAP and POS systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Valentino Couture Service across all client journey stages.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive engagement.
• Support store KPIs including conversion, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Handle sales, returns, repairs, and complaints; escalate when needed.
• Manage inventory, cycle counts, and stockroom organization.
