You will be the go-to person in-store for selling and clienteling in your category, partnering with management to drive the business forward.

You will communicate strategies, lead by example in client portfolio management, and coach the team through briefings and 1:1 sessions to maintain top-tier service and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in-store sales and driving category performance.
• Ability to coach and train team through briefings and 1:1 sessions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the in-store go-to person for selling and clienteling in your category.
• Communicate corporate strategies and business information via morning briefings, trainings, and coaching.
• Observe the selling ceremony and lead by example in managing your client portfolio and clienteling options.
