Job summary

Universal Genève in Geneva seeks a Customer Service Ambassador to be the first voice of the Maison, handling inquiries by phone and email with precision, care and discretion.

You will coordinate across boutiques, HQ and departments, manage end-to-end client journeys, and build a knowledge base that supports outstanding luxury service. Fluency in English, French and German is required, with at least 3 years in premium client services.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in luxury client services or premium coordination.
• Fluent in English, French and German.
• Strong, structured communication and excellent organizational skills.
• High ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
• Ability to balance process discipline with client sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinate with boutiques, HQ and departments to resolve requests.
• Manage end-to-end client journeys with continuity and care.
• Handle escalations with ownership and proactive resolution.
