Retail For The People is seeking a Senior Client Advisor for a long-term pop-up at the Palm Beach flagship (Royal Poinciana Plaza). You will deliver highly personalized, high-touch service, drive individual and store sales, and build lasting client relationships in a luxury setting.

The role emphasizes styling, product knowledge, and a sophisticated client experience, with opportunities to lead on merchandising and clienteling initiatives in a prestigious Floridian retail destination.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of luxury or premium retail experience (required).
• Proven ability to drive sales through clienteling and personalized service.
• Foundational retail operations: POS, inventory, cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a refined, elevated client experience from greeting to checkout.
• Act as trusted advisor, curate looks aligned with client lifestyle.
• Build loyalty through follow-up and personalized clienteling.
• Maintain product presentation, sizing, replenishment, and brand visuals on the selling floor.
• Support daily operations including stock receiving, transfers, inventory counts, and fitting room flow.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and floor leadership as needed.
