Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation is seeking a Client Advisor to drive store revenue and deliver an exceptional client experience on the sales floor. You will support merchandising and client relationship strategies while developing a loyal client base and sharing product knowledge.

The role requires a team-oriented mindset, integrity, and flexibility to work holidays, nights, and weekends in a luxury retail setting. Prior retail experience and language skills are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Preferred retail experience in a similar position.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for working as a team.
• Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach, such as CRM, WeChat, etc. preferred.
• Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills are considered a strong asset.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of merchandising and client relationship strategies.
• Develop a client base and drive store revenue.
• Shape the brand experience on the sales floor with product knowledge and highest level of service.
• Operate with integrity and maintain a strong team mindset.
