Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation is seeking a Client Advisor to join our luxury retail team. You will assist in merchandising and client relationship strategies, developing a client base on the sales floor to drive store revenue and shape the brand experience with integrity and teamwork.

You will share product knowledge, provide exceptional service, and support a luxury client experience across flexible hours, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred in a similar position.
• High School diploma/GED preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• CRM and client outreach tools experience preferred.
• Italian language skills are a strong asset.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
