Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation is seeking a Client Advisor to join the luxury retail team in New York. You will assist in merchandising, build a client base, and drive store revenue while delivering an exceptional brand experience on the sales floor.

Qualified candidates will have retail experience, strong communication, and ability to leverage CRM/WeChat for client outreach; multilingual skills are a plus. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Preferred retail experience in a similar position.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for teamwork.
• Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach (CRM, WeChat, etc.).
• Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills are an asset.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
