Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation seeks a Client Advisor to support merchandising and client relationship strategies on the sales floor. You will develop a client base, drive store revenue, and shape the luxury brand experience with integrity and teamwork.

Strong communication and product knowledge are essential, with emphasis on delivering the highest level of service and creating a superior client experience. Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency with client outreach tools (CRM, WeChat) preferred.
• Foreign language skills (Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or others) considered a strong asset.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing merchandising and client relationship strategies.
• Maintain a daily presence on the sales floor to develop a client base, drive store revenue, and shape the brand experience.
• Represent the brand with integrity, teamwork, and a results-driven attitude; share product knowledge and provide top-level service.
